Rob took my car and got it looking better than ever. I had not washed my car for two years to the point my girlfriend would not even ride in the car with me. DETAILSTOP gave me their honest advise about what I needed to do with my car to get it looking really great! I really appreciated his level of customer service. If you need someone who can come to your place to wash your car Rob is the man! He doesn't need any water hookups to it is great for apartment renters. He was on time, and worth every penny. He is very flexible with the schedule and is dedicated to getting the job done.

DETAILSTOP is the best find in Sonoma County for anyone looking for a top-notch interior or exterior detail job at a reasonable price. For the last few years I've attempted to have our two cars washed and/or "detailed" by local car washes that also provide higher-end auto detailing services. While these services generally provided me with a "clean" car, it never really felt like I was getting a true professional detail. Fast-forward to about a month ago and I was lucky enough to discover Robert and the "Doctor Detail Van" while I was driving by a neighbors house who was having his car detailed. My neighbors car looked fantastic so I decided to give Dr. Detail / Robert a try and it was a GREAT decision. Thus far we've had two of our cars fully detailed by Dr. Detail / Robert and have been extremely impressed with the result. Our cars haven't looked this good since driving them off of the dealer lot! Thank you Robert! If you are looking for the best auto detailer in Marin County (who is also courtesy, reasonably priced, and punctual), look no further. Dr Detail is the way to go!

Jul 31, 2010I got my BMW detailed by Doc Detail and he was absolutely amazing! I read reviews on yelp before I chose him and they were all right and now I'm writing one to say that he did an incredible job, went above and beyond what I expected, was super nice and friendly, his attention to detail blew me away! And the best part is that he comes to you, I got my car detailed while at work! I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend his work! Will be back 100%!!

Doctor Detail is a very motivated kid who really knows how to make a vehicle SHINE! He has just finished my SUV and the vehicle looks brand new inside and out and Robert didn't even use the power from our house! Nothing like having a detailer come to you! Great job!

Just had my 12 year old car detailed by Doctor Detail. Absolutely amazing. My car now looks brand new. Robert Hohe (Owner) is THE best. He scrubbed the carpet which now looks new. The leather upholstery is supple and crack free. I could go on and on. I have tried the local full service car wash places, individuals - even my Lexus dealer. NO ONE DOES THE QUALITY, ATTENTION-TO-DETAIL WORK that Robert does. And...he calls a week later to see how you like his work! Price competitive, will come to you to do the work. You can't go wrong. Dr. Detail is wonderful! I rented a car and they were going to charge me $150 because there were dog hairs in it. He saved me a lot of money and got the vehicle sparkling clean, no trace of any dog left. He was just amazing, reasonably priced and really nice. I highly recommend him and I will call him again the next time I need my car cleaned!

Very Thorough
Jul 14, 2010Doctor Detail is the best! He always makes my vehicles look brand new without all the oily dressings. He really is a doctor for the fact he has such a meticulous procedure leaving nothing behind that shouldn't be there. He has such wonderful customer service and is always going out of his way to make sure I am satisfied with the end results of my vehicles. Robert is such a hard worker and he is honest. He works on high end luxury vehicles and I wouldn't trust anyone but him....thank you Robert!!!!

Robert at Doctor Detail did an amazing job. He has been detailing vehicles for 15+ years, and it shows. He is also honest and punctual - he even called the week after the detail to make sure I was happy with it. I was, but there was one part of the job that we had miscommunicated on, and so it wasn't done as I thought it would be. He actually drove all the way back over to San Francisco and re-did it at no extra charge. Truly outstanding.
His pricing was very fair, especially for someone doing such high quality work.
The other thing I liked is that he did not go over board. The way he details it looks great, and he is very thorough but it does not look like it has just been detailed, it simply looks like a better version on the same car. There is no over shined dash etc. it just looks great. His website accurately shows his work.
I will certainly go to him for any future detailing needs.

Rob is truly the bomb! Punctual, Professional, and truly cares about his craft of Auto Detailing and Beautification. We are in the process of selling our car and he took the time to work with us as to what he thought would be the most effective way to prepare our vehicle. We got an amazing hand wash and wax along with full interior detail. He didn't miss a thing, made sure we understood everything that he had done and was very affordable and reasonable. Having him come to you is such a plus as well, we didn't have to figure out how to get back to our house after dropping our car off. We highly recommend Doctor Detail. We will be using him again!

I work in the auto industry so I know what to look for and am quite picky. Rob is a true master of his craft and passionate about his work. Honesty, and reasonable pricing are only some of his best attributes. I have had some irritating water stains on some of the interior panels of my Audi and despite my best efforts I have never been able to get rid of them. One interior wash later the car looks spotless and the stains are history. Whether you want a detail or just a wash this is the man you want to work on your car.

Robert did a great job on my car. He did it while I was out so I didn’t have to rearrange my busy schedule to get my car detailed. He used a low-water product, making my car look even better, and leaving no watermarks or smears. He was a friendly and trustworthy guy. And I will definitely be calling him to diagnose all of car's illnesses and treat them. Thanks Doctor Detail.

I am so excited, Robert came to my work and detailed my car. His environmentally friendly service is so cool, he only used a gallon of water to wash my car. He told me about a clay bar service and wax, and that's what I had done. It looked brand new again. Thanks again Doctor Detail I will be using you again and telling my friends, you rock.

OK I confess... I'm a bit anal retentive. If someone had looked at my car they would have said it was clean but I knew different. It had dirt deep inside the creases of my leather seats, making the tan leather appear darker. Small stains in the carpet around the mats also bothered me. At the time I purchased this vehicle, I insisted on tan interior. I've been paying for this decision ever since. One, I have a dog and two, I wear jeans. This is not a good combination for someone who likes to keep their car looking new. I've taken my car to several hand car washes but they always came out the same, wiped down, conditioned leather with the dirt still underneath. I had almost given up hope of ever being happy with the way my tan leather seats looked, when a good friend recommended Doctor Detail. I cannot say enough about Robert's service. My leather seats and carpet look like they did when I first drove the car off the lot. My seats are restored to their original color and my carpets are flawless. It's amazing! I'll never waist another penny on any other detailer.*Also, on another note, Robert used a remarkable product which allowed him to wash my car without water. My car looks great! Thank you Robert.

In 70+ years I have had a lot of vehicles detailed but never had anyone pay attention to detail like Robert. He sees and takes care of little details like no one else and the price is right. Thanks Robert.

Mr. Hohe at the Roseburg Doctor Detail's work is nothing short of amazing. I brought my 1995 BMW to him due to the fact that he offers free wash and vacuum to all military, which is a very generous offer. In his waiting room are before and after pictures of vehicles he has worked on and they truly speak for themselves. Needless to say the car turned out great. I never thought I would have someone else wash or detail any of my vehicles, but after seeing his work, I will be taking all of my automobiles to him from now on. Great work... Thanks again.
